  • Trailer Hitch receiver For A 2011 Ford Expedition EL
  • Hey Brian, That is correct, manufacturers do not offer a bolt-on trailer hitch receiver for 2011 Ford Expedition models. You'll have to go with a weld-on hitch and would need to measure the distance between your frame down to clear the bumper so that you can choose the correct drop: Draw-Tite 7" Drop # 41990-07 16" Drop # 41990-16 Curt 3" Drop # 15901 9" Drop # C47CR 10.865" Drop # 15902 11-1/2" Drop # 15903 18" Drop # C99CR

  • Is There an Adjustable Drop Hitch Which Can Be Used With Weight Distribution Hitch & 6500LB Trailer?
  • First Vohn, if you can tell me what weight distribution hitch you are using and how much drop you might need I can recommend a Drop Shank # EQ94FR to replace your current shank. The Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter # PH67SR is one of the few options we have which will let you use a weight distribution hitch or even a ball mount.

  • Front-Mounted Hitch Options For A 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 3.0L Duramax
  • Hi Kelly, There unfortunately are no custom-fit front mounted trailer hitches available for Diesel models of the 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 so you would have to go with an adjustable-fit weld-on hitch and measure for the correct drop needed/check for any obstructions that could prevent fitment with the mounting brackets to the frame. We offer the following options: Draw-Tite 7" Drop # 41990-07 16" Drop # 41990-16 Curt 3" Drop # 15901 9" Drop # C47CR 10.865" Drop # 15902 11-1/2" Drop...

  • Front Mounted Trailer Hitch Receiver Options For A 2003 Nissan Frontier
  • Hi Hank, It unfortunately looks like there aren't any custom-fit front mounted trailer hitch receivers for your 2003 Nissan Frontier so the next option would be an adjustable-fit weld on hitch. We offer a few different drops to help get the receiver tube under the fascia so you'll need to do some measuring from the frame to determine the drop needed. Draw-Tite 7" Drop # 41990-07 16" Drop # 41990-16 Curt 3" Drop # 15901 9" Drop # C47CR 10.865" Drop # 15902 11-1/2" Drop # 15903 18" Drop...

  • Hi James, There isn't a custom-fit trailer hitch option available for your 2019 Isuzu NPR so you'll need to measure the distance between the inside of the frame rails and also the drop needed from the frame down to clear the rear bumper. We offer a variety of drops to accomplish this that I've listed out below: Draw-Tite 7" Drop # 41990-07 16" Drop # 41990-16 Curt 3" Drop # 15901 9" Drop # C47CR 10.865" Drop # 15902 11-1/2" Drop # 15903 18" Drop # C99CR These would all need to be welded...

  • Question About Product Availability "Hitch 16 Inch Male By Female"
  • Hello David, are you looking for a Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter in a 16" drop? If so, I am afraid the 11" drop # PH67SR is the largest they make. If you are just looking for a 16" drop ball mount, we do have the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount # HD2016 which has 17" or drop. We also have the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-317 which is a 15" drop and has seven stacked 2" receivers. I will admit though I am not 100% clear on what exactly you are looking...

  • Will The Draw-Tite Trailer Frame Hitch Receiver Fit A 1974 Chevy K5 Blazer With A Gas Tank Shield
  • The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver 75129 should fit with any OEM parts but just to be used I went out to the warehouse and measured the hitch. From the back of the crossmember tube to the center of the first bolt hole is 1". The distance between the inside of both mounting ears is 30-1/4". This hitch should sit directly under your frame rails so you can use that 1" measurement to see if the tube will run into interference with your gas tank shield. If this doesn't work then...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver For A 1999 Toyota Prado RHD
  • Hi Colin, Since there isn't a confirmed fitting custom-fit hitch for a 1999 Toyota Prado RHD the only option would be to install a weld-on adjustable-fit trailer hitch. We haven't had a Prado in to test it for a fit with a 4Runner trailer hitch unfortunately. We have a few different sizes depending on the drop you'll need to clear the rear fascia: Draw-Tite 7" Drop # 41990-07 16" Drop # 41990-16 Curt 3" Drop # 15901 9" Drop # C47CR 10.865" Drop # 15902 11-1/2" Drop # 15903 18" Drop...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2010 Chevrolet Express Box Truck
  • Kenneth, since you probably do not need as much drop as most you'd probably best benefit from a hitch that has minimal drop like the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13701 that has 2" of drop or # 15901 for a 3" drop. Both of these hitches are semi-universal so they'll fit a range of frames, both have a 2" receiver opening, and are both assembled in the USA. The main difference other than the drop, is # 15901 is a class V hitch rated at 16K, and # C13701 is a class III hitch,...

  • Is There a 3-Ball Ball Mount For 3 Inch Hitch With 5 Inch Drop
  • Hi Tommy; that's correct there isn't a 3-ball ball mount for a 3 inch hitch with exactly a 5 inch drop. The closest is a 4-1/2 inch drop like you said with the 21,000 lb max capacity B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS30048B. There is another option with a bit closer to the drop you want - 5-1/4 inches - but it's a 2-ball mount. I know you asked for the tri-ball but I did want to just throw this out there as an option. For that you would need the 22,000 lb max capacity BulletProof Hitches...

  • Ball Mount Option for 1-1/4 inch Hitch that Needs 2 inch Drop
  • Hey Dukane, the closest ball mount we have to what you mentioned wanting is the Curt part # C45018 which can do a drop of 1-1/4 inches. Unfortunately there isn't every single drop dimension available so best option is to go with one that is as close as possible that's maybe a little higher so that once there's some weight on the hitch it will sit level which the option I mentioned would do well.

  • Replacement 2-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount with 6" Drop Recommendation

This fits a 2" hitch receiver with a 6" drop and comes with 2" and 2-5/16" stainless steel hitch balls that will last a long time. One of the best things I like about this ball mount system is that it comes with built-in locks so you don't have to remember to grab locks to secure the ball mount. Attached is a review video for you to check out.

  • Ball Mount Recommendation for a 1" Drop Towing Application
  • Great question, Allen! Getting your towing setup within 1" of level is still acceptable, and for your application I recommend going with a 0 drop like what we see with the Flint Hill Goods Tri-Ball Mount # FHG62VR. When you can't get it exact I always recommend choosing the slightly higher because the ball mount connection will naturally rest a little lower once the weight is placed on it.

  • Troubleshooting the Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter
  • Yeah, I hear you. The cotter pins when they're new are extremely difficult to get in and out of the pins. You're going to have to keep working on them and get them broken in. I have linked a couple videos below of the Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter item # PH54FR. They conveniently skipped the cotter pin step but maybe they'll help you understand how to work the bolts.

  • Is There A High/Low Hitch Adapter Available For A 3" Hitch With A 4-6" Rise And 8-10" Length
  • Hey John, We don't currently offer any high/low adapters compatible with a 3" hitch that would meet the drop and length you're needing but we do off the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers for 3" Hitch # 325-GH-1723 which might work for you. This adapter has a 6" drop and sticks out roughly 8" from the 5/8" hitch pin hole and roughly 9" from the 3/4" hitch pin hole.

  • Is there a Way to Replace Slide On Demco DA91 Disc Brake Actuator For No Coupler Drop?
  • We do have the Replacement Inner Slide # DM12808-97 you could use with the Demco Trailer Coupler # DM15791-97 on your Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM8750311. This would allow you to position the coupler at several different heights to best level your trailer. Otherwise you would have to drill new holes for the Actuator # T4747220 which has a straight coupler out of the actuator.
